Policies & Procedures

We always take the health and wellness of everyone with utmost priority. We maintain the highest hygiene standards in our clinic to ensure a safe and healthy environment for every patient. All treatment areas and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each session. Our therapists follow strict hand hygiene and sanitization protocols at all times. Clean linens, disposable materials, and proper waste management are used consistently to uphold clinical safety.
 
As a courtesy towards the wellness of all, we request patients with any cold or flu like symptoms to re-schedule their appointments via Email
 

Instructions for patients visiting our clinic for their treatments

 

Preparation Before Your Visit

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated (e.g., shorts, tank top).

  • Complete the required intake form online through our booking system, prior to your appointment.

When You Arrive

  • To minimize unnecessary traffic and maintain a safe environment, our clinic door remains locked. Please ring the doorbell when you arrive. 

  • Handwashing facilities and hand sanitizer are available.

  • Your physiotherapist will be wearing a mask and additional protective equipment as appropriate.

When You Leave

  • Payment can be made via e-transfer or online credit card payment through Jane.

  • We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers, and receipts will be emailed to you.
