COVID-19 Policies & Procedures
In order to keep everyone safe, we’ve changed a few things.
Here is what to expect:
PREPARATION:
- Wear a mask and the clothing you wish to be treated in (shorts, tank top).
- We will provide a mask if you don’t have one.
- Complete the pre-screening questionnaire online via Jane (our online booking system).
- Come alone; bring friends/family only if necessary for your or their safety.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
- Our office is locked to prevent unnecessary traffic through the building, keeping everyone safer.
- Call, text (604-787-2555) or knock to let me know you are here. I will come let you in.
- There is a sink and hand sanitizer available by the entrance and in the treatment room. Please use it to wash your hands upon entry.
- I will be wearing a mask and other protective gear if necessary (e.g. gloves)
WHEN YOU LEAVE:
- Payment will be accepted via e-transfer or credit card via online payment through Jane; insurance (Pacific Blue Cross) will be direct billed; receipts will be emailed.
- Clean your hands before leaving the clinic.
WHAT WE’RE DOING TO HELP PROTECT YOU:
- All ‘touch’ surfaces (chairs, door hands, beds, equipment, etc) will be cleaned and disinfected after each treatment and throughout the day.
